the facts
God has spoken
Destiny Church’s Pastors and Core Leaders are in complete agreement that our Town & Country Campus is no longer supposed to be at our current location of 1809 Des Peres Rd. We believe there is another location that is awaiting us that will facilitate the next stage of our vision. We want and need to be in position for God’s will to be done!
the vision
Destiny is a multi-generational, multi-site church that is raising up a people of prayer and outreach to the St. Louis metro area.
Our facilities need to be equipped for:
• Continual worship and prayer
• Outreach to the community through food/clothing distribution, and disaster relief
• Spaces for small groups, training, counseling, teaching, healing and prophetic ministry
• Children’s and youth spaces that can embrace and reach out to a larger portion of the community, including special needs children
• The ability to gather larger groups in the community for a regional impact the time is now
Our current Des Peres Rd. location has been master planned/ architected, but due to the nature of the property it is very costly and many constraints remain on how we can use this property as an outreach center. God has presented an opportunity during this time of financial turmoil in our nation for us to acquire an amazing facility at an amazing price.

Relocating now will save us $15-20 million in long-term construction expenses. We believe God wants this money to go into missions, outreach, developing people and raising up other campuses around the St. Louis metro area.
what is the next step?
At this point there are several facilities available on Manchester Rd. between Des Peres Rd. and Hwy 141 that would work for our vision.
We are targeting the old Home Expo building at Manchester and Hwy 141 first because we believe we should go for the best thing that’s available. We will pursue this opportunity intently until we own it, or until it is taken off the table completely, at which point we would pursue other facilities.
how do i get involved with the vision?
We currently have over 1.6 million dollars pledged (and actively coming in) towards moving Destiny’s facilities forward. All of these funds are still being used exclusively for building/property advancement. Many future “numbers” are unknown at this point but we know there will be expenses in relocating and in the build-out of the new facility. The greatest way to get on board with what God is doing is to actively pray for this move and begin contributing financially to it as the Lord leads. God will do amazing and miraculous things if we embrace His leadership together!
prayer points:
• Faith in our hearts to believe that God can do something amazing in our midst Isaiah 64:3 – “…when [God] did great and awesome things beyond what we expected.”
• No unbelief found in the people of Destiny: It’s not too big, too much or too hard for God! Ephesians 3:20 – “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us…”
• A buyer for our current building Luke 1:37 – “For nothing is impossible with God.”
• Favor with the decision-makers of properties in our area
• Wisdom on the timing of God
• No inattention or lethargy towards this issue (from building owners, potential buyers, realtors, etc.)
• All roadblocks removed, naturally and spiritually; no sabotage, and no confusion Matthew 19:26 – “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
